A+ Driving School Contract - this document must be filled out by anyone who will be starting a 36 hour classroom course, 4 hour awareness course, or permit testing. Filling this out ahead of coming into our office will save you some time!
DMV Pre Registration Instructions - please pre-register with the Colorado DMV and put the resulting application number on the A+ Driving School Contract.
Permit Drive Time Log Sheets - this document is required to be used by all permit holders under the age of 18 to log a minimum of 40 day hours and 10 night hours.
Colorado Driver's Handbook - this document is not necessary for any student enrolled in our 36 hour classroom course, 30 hour online course, of 4 hour awareness course. This is intended to help serve anyone who is studying to take their permit test without any classroom instruction.
